Confession: I didn't actually read this collection， I read the individual issues that comprise this collection。 This hasn't even but released yet。 But I didn't want to list 5 or 6 comic books that take me like 15 or 20 minutes to read as "books read" （even though I'm super behind on my reading goal this year and it would cut my "deficit" in half）。Anyway， I love this series。 I cried over the last few pages。 My daughter is 10 and has expressed interest in reading it。 Since it miiiiight be too much Confession: I didn't actually read this collection， I read the individual issues that comprise this collection。 This hasn't even but released yet。 But I didn't want to list 5 or 6 comic books that take me like 15 or 20 minutes to read as "books read" （even though I'm super behind on my reading goal this year and it would cut my "deficit" in half）。Anyway， I love this series。 I cried over the last few pages。 My daughter is 10 and has expressed interest in reading it。 Since it miiiiight be too much for her right now， I hope in a few years we can do a read-through together。 I would love to share this with her。 Especially if they continue to keep up the quality and stick the landing。 I don't think I've ever stayed with a series for this long。 Even after the interminable break， during which I would have gladly dropped other stories entirely， I picked it right back up。 。。。more

It’s crazy how characters can begin to feel like family， and how emotional it can feel to see them grow。 I parted ways with this story a long time ago and came back to it randomly， i did not expect for this reunion to be so emotional and important to me but it was。 I can’t wait to keep growing with these characters， I love where the story is going。

So Saga’s back after years of hiatus only to…go back on hiatus。 Despite being plenty， plenty annoyed， I did like catching up with everyone。 The family’s back and a little weirder， much of the fresh grief is skipped to focus on how they recovered， and something evil’s stirring with that…that guy…with the bat wings……。 Damn， Saga feels weird to read in a staggered， one-issue-a-month form。 It has the weirdest progression/momentum。
